Dot Info Enterprises operates as a virtual office.  This means we do not have one central office and a set of staff as most people would be familiar with as a 'tradtitional' office.  This does not mean we are not around or offer a poor service, it just means that we don't spend money on a receptionist to sit behind a desk in an office using up valuable money that could be used on keeping our network infastructure up-to-date with the latest cutting edge technology. 

It also means that our actual staff numbers are low - we do not have huge support teams on hand. Why do we not have a large support team?  Well that is quite simple - our network rocks!  We have no need to have large numbers of people sitting around taking up valuable resources because our clients rarely need to ring and ask for help, the network rarely goes offline and things do not often break.  By keeping our overheads low, means we can offer a superior and reliable service at affordable prices. 

Our actualy phone hours are short, but are always monitored - if someone does not answer your call first time, rest assured that the message will be received and within a short amount of time someone will return your call.  The helpdesk and sales emails are monitored 24-7 and someone will always return your enquiry.  

Catherine - Admin - Web Development - Network Support

Catherine's background is in both IT and Financial cost modeling and has worked for both government and private sectors including Unisys People, Brisbane, Defence Material Organisation, Canberra and the Navy Commander Region South East, Virginia USA.  Catherine built Dot Info Enterprises from the ground up and is now the owner of an highly successful IT business offering services from Quality and Business Grade Hosting, Web Development and Support to many business through out Australia and overseas.

Andrew - Network Management, Maintenance and Support

Andrew is an ex RAAF technician who has designed and built the entire Dot Info Enterprises network infastructure.  He has had many years experience working and managing many networks for both Defence and the private sector. 

Andrew is very skilled at what he does and has not yet been presented with a question or problem that he has not been able to answer or solve.

Belinda - Graphic Design

Belinda has over 13 years experience in graphic design. Her experience over the years has seen her work on a variety of different projects,and filling a range of different roles.  Belinda looks after all Dot Info graphic designs requirements including, custom website design, layout advice and logos.

Louise - Accounts

Louise is our MYOB wizard and is the newest addition to our  team.  Louise has come back to work for us after she took some time off to have her beautitful children  She has had many years experience with a range of clients and will be managing all of Dot Info Enterprises accounts.

Kathie - Admin & Marketing Advisor

Kathie helps with all administrative and marketing duties - she is a word smith extraordinaire and assists with all forms of communication and website copy.
